How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of your roof, the material you choose and how much decking needs replacing. After a free inspection you get a written, itemized estimate with a few material options, so you can compare prices side by side.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are finished in a single day. Larger or steeper roofs, metal systems and homes that need a lot of decking replaced can take two to five days. You get a schedule before any work starts.
Will my homeowner's insurance pay for a new roof?
If hail or wind damaged your roof, your policy may cover most of the replacement minus your deductible. We inspect for free, document the damage with photos and meet your adjuster so the claim reflects everything that needs repair.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
No. As long as we can reach an outdoor outlet and the driveway is clear, you can go about your day. Your project lead texts you updates and photos as the work moves along.
What warranty do you offer?
Every new roof comes with our 25-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty. Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. You receive all of it in writing when the job is done.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with a lending partner that offers monthly payment plans for different budgets, including promotional options, subject to credit approval. Ask about it during your estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold roofing contractor licenses in the cities we work in, carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and pull every required permit. We are happy to send certificates before your project begins.
