When it is time for a new roof

Most asphalt roofs on the Front Range last 18 to 25 years. Intense sun at altitude, freeze and thaw cycles, and hail all shorten that. If you are seeing curled or missing shingles, granules collecting in your gutters, or stains on the ceiling, a replacement usually costs less over time than chasing repairs.

What every Ridgeline replacement includes

We remove everything down to the wood deck and replace any soft or rotted boards, so your new roof starts on a solid base. Then we install ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment across the rest of the deck, new drip edge and flashing, and balanced intake and ridge ventilation.

You choose the shingle. We install Class 4 impact-resistant lines that can lower your homeowner's insurance premium, along with architectural and designer shingles in dozens of colors.

What install day looks like

• The crew arrives around 7am and covers landscaping, siding and windows with tarps.
• After tear-off, we photograph the deck and any repairs so you see exactly what we found.
• Your project lead inspects the finished roof before the crew packs up.
• We clean up completely, including a magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway for nails.
